Customised Milk Collection System
Customised Milk Collection System was initially developed for The Ambala District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union Ltd., Ambala-134007(Haryana) and was put to use at Milk Chilling Centre Naraingarh and Milk Chilling Centre Bilaspur.
The software is essentially used to capture the Milk Collection data, process the captured data to generate Milk Bill and Payment Advices and to further analyse the data for policy making for increasing Milk procurement. The utility of Customized Milk Collection System is that it has reduced the chances of data entry errors by automating the process of recording the milk parameters, i.e. Weight, Fat & SNF. Milk quality level is calculated by Milk Weighing Machine and Electronic Fat Testing Machine (External Hardware Devices) with help of RS232 interface we can communicate with system and printers. It has also reduced the time of Milk Bill processing and payments thereof.
CMCS has given a Quality Solution and has fulfilled the basic needs of the Dairy Industry and has been able to satisfy the Dairy Farmer by providing transparency in the process of Milk Procurement. It is a Windows GUI (Graphical User Interface) based system, which is most user-friendly and same time most secure and stable.
